Abstract


ANALYZING PARTICIPANT OPINIONS REGARDING GENDER DISCRIMINATION AGAINST WOMEN EMPLOYEES IN WORKING LIFE WITH DRAMA METHOD
This study aims to raise awareness about gender discrimination against woman employees in working life, through drama method. The participants of the study group are selected as a man employees working in a factory. The perception and behaviour of the participants are measured with qualitative data collection techniques. Therefore, the research is descriptive and it is based on the qualitative research method. In the study, the participants are interviewed by open-ended questions and the participant answers are recorded. The reliability of qualitative reasearch is presented to 3 experts and their remarks are taken in to consideration about structure of research method . The data, obtained from the pre-interview and the last interview, is analyzed by descriptive analysis method. After the interviews and the data analysis, each participant’s opinion is examined to see if there is any changes in their perception and the reason of the changes are evaluated. It can be said that the awarness of gender discrimination against woman employee has raised among participants, according to outputs of the evaluation in all sessions, participants’ behaviour, mid sessions evaluations and performance in improvisations
